Job summary

Careerwebsite is seeking a Project Controls Manager to establish and run the project’s integrated planning, cost control, and earned value management systems. You will lead the project controls team, develop master schedules, and ensure alignment with scope, budget and client requirements.

Strong EVM, Primavera P6 and Excel skills are required for this leadership role on a major stadium or comparable venue development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
Minimum 15 years of relevant project controls experience on major projects.
Strong and practical knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) is mandatory.
Experience implementing and managing EVM systems including PV, EV, AC, CPI, SPI, EAC.
Advanced Excel skills and project controls dashboards/reporting experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the Project Controls function including planning, scheduling, cost control and reporting.
Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Programme with baselines.
Establish and maintain WBS, CBS, OBS and control account structures.
Manage EVM system with PV, EV, AC, CPI, SPI and EAC; perform variance analysis.
Coordinate with Commercial, Risk, Planning and Design teams for integration.
Prepare monthly controls reports, dashboards, S-curves and critical path analysis.
Provide forecasts for time, cost, resources, and project completion.
Lead and mentor the Project Controls team and establish procedures.
