Job summary

Egis Group is seeking an experienced Project Controls Engineer to join our team in the Riyadh region. The role focuses on budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and performance reporting to support large-scale projects.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 7 years in project controls, and PMP is preferred. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Power BI is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in project controls and cost management.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project controls/reporting tools.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Track project costs and analyze variances against approved budgets.
• Prepare and maintain Budget at Completion (BAC), Estimate to Complete (ETC), and Estimate at Completion (EAC).
• Monitor project progress and financial performance.
• Prepare cost forecasts, cash-flow reports, and management dashboards.
• Support project managers in identifying cost risks and implementing corrective actions.
• Apply Earned Value Management principles and track key performance indicators.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Support monthly project reviews and financial closing activities.
