Job summary

JASARA PMC seeks a seasoned Project Control Manager to lead project controls across a diverse portfolio, ensuring rigorous planning, monitoring, and control processes to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance delivery and report progress effectively.

The role requires steering risk mitigation, framework development, and performance analysis aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, while mentoring junior staff and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project controls or project management in the engineering and construction industry.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of project controls strategies and methodologies.
• Establish project baselines and ensure adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Continuously monitor project performance, preparing detailed reports to communicate updates and concerns to stakeholders.
• Assess project risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate identified threats.
• Work closely with project teams to streamline processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior project control staff, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
