Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in project controls with cost and schedule oversight.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with cost or planning systems and dashboard reporting.
• Experience on large-scale infrastructure or social infrastructure programs.
• Experience collaborating with project directors, client reps, consultants, and contractors on cost and schedule reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, cost control, and progress reporting activities.
• Monitor project performance against budget, timeline, and key delivery milestones.
• Develop and maintain project controls systems, dashboards, and forecasting tools.
• Prepare regular reports on project status, cost trends, and schedule impacts.
