Job summary

Jasara PMC, a joint venture delivering major social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Project Controls Manager. You will provide structure and visibility to keep programs on track, bringing clarity to cost, schedule, and delivery status across the portfolio.

Responsibilities include leading planning, scheduling, cost control, and progress reporting, monitoring performance against budgets and milestones, and developing controls systems and dashboards for informed decision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 6+ years of project controls experience including cost management and scheduling.
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with cost/planning systems and dashboard reporting.
• Experience on large-scale infrastructure or social infrastructure programs.
• Collaborates with project directors, client reps, consultants, and contractors on cost and schedule reporting.

Jasara PMC is helping deliver major social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia through a joint venture between Public Investment Fund, Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco. Working within the construction sector and in support of Vision 2030, the company plays a central role in shaping complex, high-impact programs with a focus on disciplined delivery, strong governance, and measurable progress.

As Project Controls Manager, you will provide the structure and visibility that keep major projects on track. This role is focused on bringing clarity to performance, supporting informed decision-making, and enabling project teams and stakeholders to understand cost, schedule, and delivery status across the program.

• Lead project planning, scheduling, cost control, and progress reporting activities.
• Monitor project performance against budget, timeline, and key delivery milestones.
• Develop and maintain project controls systems, dashboards, and forecasting tools.
• Prepare regular reports on project status, cost trends, and schedule impacts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in project controls, including cost management and schedule oversight.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong skills with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with at least one cost or planning system, along with dashboard-based reporting.
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or social infrastructure programs.
• Experience collaborating with project directors, client representatives, consultants, and contractors on cost and schedule reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Primavera P6, SAP, or Oracle Unifier.
• Working knowledge of Power BI development and report use.
• Familiarity with Aconex, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365.
