Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead all phases of project controls for a major metro station project in Saudi Arabia. You will plan, schedule, analyze costs, forecast performance, and prepare reports while guiding a team of control engineers.

The role requires extensive experience with transportation infrastructure, strong leadership, and the ability to interface with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure milestones and contractual requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 12 years of related experience with supervision experience.
• Experience in project controls on major transportation infrastructure, metro, rail, transit station, or complex building projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute all phases of the project controls effort including planning, scheduling, cost analysis, forecasting, reporting, and change control.
• Provide guidance and specialized assistance to resolve difficult project control problems.
• Interface with clients, attend meetings, and deliver progress reports and cost/schedule data.
• Oversee a team of Project Control Engineers/Specialists and manage baseline schedules and milestones.
