Job summary

Bechtel, Riyadh-based, leads a major airport development program and seeks an experienced Project Controls leader. The role requires deep expertise in cost, planning, risk and performance management for large-scale projects in the Middle East.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree; 20+ years of project controls experience.
Experience with large infrastructure projects in KSA or the broader Middle East.
Proven leadership, client relationship management, and senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Establishes objectives and delegates assignments to subordinates.
Leads overall Project Controls execution and governance.
Develops and implements Project Controls procedures aligned with customer needs.
Manages cost engineering, estimating, analysis, planning and reporting.
Oversees schedule development, monitoring, and recovery plans.
Coaches and mentors Project Controls staff and coordinates with project team.
