Job summary

El Seif Group is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead planning, cost control and risk management for a high-value mega-project in Riyadh. The role requires strategic leadership of the Project Controls team and defense of the PMB across multiple work packages.

The position drives scheduling, EoT strategies, and CPM modeling to maximize outcomes while safeguarding the project’s financial position. A robust track record on large-scale infrastructure is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Extensive leadership experience in PCM/Project Controls is required.
• Proven track record on high-value EPC/EPCM projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large Project Controls team (Planning, Cost, Risk).
• Establish the Project Controls Plan (PCP) as the project framework.
• Develop and maintain a resource-loaded PMB for the mega-project.
• Oversee scheduling hierarchy and 30/60/90-day look-ahead integration across disciplines.
• Lead EoT and prolongation claim strategy with Time Impact Analysis.
• Oversee project-level risk management aligned to the Project Business Plan.
• Produce executive cost reports and EAC updates for senior management.
• Defend project data integrity in internal status presentations.
• Validate EAC process and ensure resilient financial forecasting.
