Job summary

Yallo Retail is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a critical digital and custom platform delivery initiative in Riyadh. The role requires a delivery-focused leader with extensive expertise in cloud-native transformations and Agile environments, guiding complex programs from planning through execution.

The successful candidate will drive governance, KPI reporting, and multi‑vendor coordination while ensuring scalable, secure solutions aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of program/project management experience in IT or digital transformation.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale digital and cloud transformation programs.
• Mandatory experience in managing custom platform development / Agile projects.
• Strong experience in pure Agile delivery environments (no ERP dependency).
• Experience leading multi-vendor, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more transformation streams within a large enterprise program.
• Oversee design, development, and deployment of custom-built platforms.
• Drive Agile / SAFe delivery with planning, backlogs, releases, and continuous delivery.
• Lead cloud-native and digital transformation initiatives with DevOps and microservices.
• Engage senior stakeholders, provide regular updates, and enable decision-making.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and reporting cadence; manage risks and budgets.
