Job summary

Sehati for Information Technology Services LLC seeks a product-minded professional to drive revenue planning and feature development. You will collect market data, analyze feedback from HCPs and HICs, and craft a robust product roadmap aligned with strategic goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating with multiple departments to meet deadlines, executing go-to-market plans, and developing risk mitigation for new features, with a focus on data-driven growth in health information solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or health information systems.
• 2 years of experience in insurance and health care systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the preparation of the projected annual revenue.
• Participate in planning for development and improvement of new product features and streams and execute the plan after approval.
• Collect market data and conduct market research, collect HCPs and HICs feedback, and conduct specialized surveys.
• Contribute to defining and improving nphies and other products/services.
• Analyze collected data for problems and potential solutions.
• Conduct detailed plan and benefit assessments to inform product planning and feature changes.
• Develop the product roadmap and product features and requirements.
• Assist in monitoring the performance of all products and services and propose adjustments to align with BOOT contract and Sehati.
• Align stakeholders around the vision for the product.
• Work with other departments to ensure product deadlines are met.
• Prepare for product release including the go-to-market activities.
• Go to market activities, prepare release announcements and share related artifacts.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies related to HCPs and HICs resistance or capabilities to implement and use nphies.
• Adept at analyzing market trends, assessing competitive landscapes, and making data-driven decisions to drive business growth and innovation.
• Possess organization and planning skills.
• Possess a creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with a range of people.
