Role Mission

The Product Manager will support government and enterprise clients across Saudi Arabia and the GCC in defining product strategy, managing roadmaps, and delivering customer-focused digital solutions. The role focuses on aligning business needs, user experience, and technology capabilities to create impactful products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap across digital initiatives.
• Gather and prioritize business, customer, and technical requirements.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user discovery activities.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and business teams to deliver product features.
• Translate business goals into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Manage product backlogs, release planning, and prioritization processes.
• Track product performance, adoption, and customer feedback.
• Support testing, go-to-market planning, and product launch activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment across business and technical teams.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and delivery progress across product workstreams.

Requirements

Must have

• 2-7 years of product management, business analysis, or digital delivery experience.
• Experience working with government, enterprise, or financial services clients.
• Strong understanding of digital product development and lifecycle management.
• Experience gathering requirements, managing roadmaps, and prioritizing backlogs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or related delivery methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with customer journey mapping, UX, or service design.
• Familiarity with product analytics and reporting tools.
• Experience working on AI, fintech, or enterprise digital products.
• Knowledge of go-to-market planning and product launch strategies.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Productboard.
• Experience working across the GCC region.
• Arabic language skills.
• Relevant certifications in product management, Agile, or Scrum.
