Job summary

Bain & Company in Riyadh region is seeking an Expert Senior Manager, Product Management & Innovation to lead omnichannel product initiatives, guide agile execution, and partner with engineering, design, and strategy teams.

You will drive innovation, define workplans, manage senior stakeholders, and mentor teams in human-centered design and product management in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive product management experience with agile and design thinking.
• Proven ability to build business cases and quantify value.
• Experience using Gen‑AI powered product management tools.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead human-centered design strategy and product innovation.
• Set strategy and deliver POCs, MVPs and products.
• Own product planning, roadmaps, and execution.
• Inspire and lead cross-functional teams across Bain and client groups.
• Build capabilities and lead thought leadership in AIS.
