Job summary
Bain & Company is seeking an Expert Senior Manager, Product Management & Innovation, to lead human-centered design and product strategy within the AIS team in Riyadh. You will guide cross‑functional groups including engineering, design, and strategy to shape innovative omnichannel solutions for diverse industries.
You will mentor teams, define workplans, and partner with senior clients to translate insights into impactful products and business value in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in product management with agile/design thinking
- Expert in four lenses: feasibility, viability, desirability, strategy
- Hands‑on AI product development experience
- Strong business case building to quantify value
- Experience using Gen‑AI powered PM tools
- Foundational knowledge of agentic AI architectures
- Ability to lead workshops and cross‑functional teams
- Fluent in English and Arabic
Responsibilities
- Lead Human‑Centered Design Strategy and Product Innovation.
- Set strategy and deliver POCs, MVPs, and products.
- Own product planning, roadmaps, and execution.
- Inspire and lead cross‑functional teams across Bain and clients.
- Build capabilities and drive thought leadership in AIS.
