Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Business Development Manager for Process Automation in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on generating incremental growth, expanding market share, and pursuing Greenfield and competitive opportunities with end users, EPCs, and key project stakeholders.

You will drive early engagement, shape opportunities, and coordinate with country sales teams to move opportunities through the sales lifecycle to order, while maintaining pipeline discipline and achieving the assigned

Qualifications

Experience in Process Automation or industrial automation.
Proven capability to develop new business and greenfield opportunities.
Strong engagement with customers and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new Process Automation business opportunities across Saudi Arabia.
Develop new customers and expand into new segments and geographies.
Build and manage a pipeline of Greenfield and competitive opportunities.
Drive early customer engagement with end users, EPCs and other stakeholders.
Coordinate with country sales teams and internal stakeholders to shape opportunities.
Drive opportunities through entire sales lifecycle to order.
Maintain opportunity and pipeline discipline in bFO and comply with governance.
Deliver assigned order quota and contribute to PA market-share growth.
