Job summary

WSP is seeking a Principal in Transport Planning & Mobility to lead a team of transport planners and mobility designers in delivering innovative, sustainable solutions for clients in the Riyadh region.

You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring projects meet time, budget, and quality targets while staying aligned with regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, or related field (master's preferred).
• Minimum 12 years of experience in transport planning, mobility design, and project management.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities for a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and transport modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, design, and implementation of transport projects.
• Conduct transport studies, analyses, and assessments for planning decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and authorities.
• Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations to showcase solutions.
• Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Stay updated on transport planning trends and innovative approaches.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards throughout projects.
• Provide technical guidance to team on complex planning issues.
• Represent WSP at industry events and conferences.
