WSP is seeking a Principal in Transport Planning & Mobility to lead a team of transport planners and mobility designers in delivering innovative, sustainable solutions for clients in the Riyadh region.

You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring projects meet time, budget, and quality targets while staying aligned with regulations and industry best practices.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, or related field (master's preferred).
• Minimum 12 years of experience in transport planning, mobility design, and project management.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities for a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and transport modeling software.

As the Principal - Transport Planning & Mobility, you will play a vital role in our Transport Planning & Mobility department, leading and managing a team of transport planners and mobility designers. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering innovative and sustainable transport solutions for our clients in the Riyadh region. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept development to final delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of transport projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct comprehensive transport studies, analyses, and assessments to inform project planning and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and government authorities to ensure project success and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our transport planning solutions.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in transport planning and mobility design, incorporating innovative approaches into our projects.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical expertise and support to the team, offering guidance on complex transport planning issues.
• Represent WSP at industry events, conferences, and workshops, promoting our transport planning capabilities and expertise.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in transport planning, mobility design, and project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a diverse team of professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in transport planning software and tools, such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, and transport modeling software.
• A deep understanding of transport planning principles, mobility design concepts, and sustainable transport solutions.
• Experience in working with government authorities and stakeholders in the Riyadh region is highly advantageous.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the region as required for project work.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to delivering high-quality transport planning solutions.
