Job summary

WSP is seeking a Principal - Transport Planning & Mobility to lead a team of transport planners and mobility designers in delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for clients across the Riyadh region. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes with high standards.

The role requires 12+ years in transport planning, strong leadership, and proficiency with AutoCAD, MicroStation, and transport modeling tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, or a related field is required; master's preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in transport planning, mobility design, and project management.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationships.
• Proficiency in transport planning software and tools such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, and transport modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of transport projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
• Conduct comprehensive transport studies, analyses, and assessments to inform project planning and decision-making.
