Job summary

Ingram Micro in Saudi Arabia is seeking a proactive presales professional to convert inquiries into precise technical solutions, and to meet end-users to capture their requirements. You will design solution blocks with hardware and software vendors, and deliver demos and PoCs to customers.

As part of a global technology leader, you will arrange and conduct technical training for partners and customers, driving adoption and success of our solutions portfolio in the region.

Qualifications

• 2:4 years of presales experience.
• You have Security and SUSE experience.
• Enthusiasm and a results-driven mindset with a strong will to succeed.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work proactively.

Responsibilities

• Converting customer/reseller inquiries into the right technical solutions.
• Meeting with end-users to better understand their requirements.
• Generating Bills of Materials and designing solution blocks in collaboration with hardware/software vendors.
• Conducting demos and proof of concept presentations to customers.
• Arranging and conducting technical training for partners and customers.
