Job summary

Sealy Mattress in Jeddah is seeking an accomplished Senior Sales Leader who will guide the sales team to exceed monthly revenue targets, craft territory plans, and drive growth in the premium bedding segment.

You will build strong relationships with retailers and wholesale customers, monitor market trends and competitor activity, use ERP/CRM tools including Odoo, and coach team members to sustain high performance across Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
10 years of experience in high-end mattress and bedding products.
Proven experience in retail account management, wholesale or distributor sales, and territory sales.
Experience using an ERP or CRM system; familiarity with Odoo is a plus.
Proficient in English.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. 10 years of experience in high-end mattress and bedding products, with a strong background in premium consumer goods sales within home products. Proven experience in retail account management, wholesale or distributor sales, and territory sales across Jeddah or the wider Saudi market. Experience managing relationships with major retail chains, independent furniture or bedding retailers, and wholesale distributors. Experience using an ERP or CRM system; familiarity with Odoo is a plus. Proficient in the English language Male Resides in Saudi Arabia Saudi, Lebanese, or Yemeni national.
