International Water Distribution Co. (Tawzea) seeks a senior business development professional to translate strategy into a robust PPP and investment pipeline.

You will cultivate relationships with clients, authorities, investors and partners, ensuring opportunities are registered and tracked through qualification, bid, approval and handover. The role requires coordinating with finance, legal and project teams to align assumptions, structure deals, and prepare decision material for executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in business development or PPP/investment projects.
• Fluent professional English, written and spoken, willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Convert strategy into a qualified PPP/investment pipeline with opportunities.
• Develop relationships with clients, authorities, investors and partners; position TA WZEA credibly in procurement processes.
• Register opportunities with unique codes through all stages from qualification to execution.
