Job summary

IPE Global seeks a seasoned senior management professional with 15+ years of experience in public or private sector leadership. The role focuses on contract structuring, negotiation, procurement, and compliance, with emphasis on urban infrastructure or water-related projects.

Experience with bilateral/multilateral funding and government utilities is advantageous. The successful candidate will guide complex project contracts, ensure governance, and manage risk across multi-stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience in senior management positions in the public or private sector.
• In-depth knowledge of contract structuring, negotiation, contract management, and compliance control.
• Experience preferably in urban infrastructure / environment/ water sector–related projects.
• Demonstrated experience in public procurement, tendering, and handling contracts.
• Knowledge of government guidelines on public procurement.
• Experience handling contracts or projects supported by bilateral / multilateral funding agencies (added advantage).
• Experience of working in government utilities in water or urban infrastructure (added advantage).
