Job summary

Parsons in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Planning Control Manager to oversee program planning, schedule assurance, and progress reporting for large construction projects.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will coordinate with construction managers, contractors, consultants, and project controls teams to ensure schedules align with milestones, contractual requirements, and delivery objectives throughout the construction phase.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in planning and project controls.
• Experience on large, complex construction projects during construction phase.
• Strong knowledge of schedule oversight, progress reporting, and delay recovery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program planning and schedule-control activities.
• Review master program schedule quality, logic, integrity, and completeness.
• Coordinate detailed construction schedules and milestones.
• Review contractor/consultant schedules, progress updates, and recovery plans.
• Monitor planned vs actual progress and validate performance against site records.
• Analyze critical paths, float, constraints, dependencies, and trends.
• Lead schedule review meetings with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
