Job summary

Rumoz Consulting Engineers شركة رموز للإستشارات الهندسية is seeking a senior Planning professional to develop and manage detailed project schedules and resource plans for multiple Riyadh projects. You will work with multidisciplinary teams and ensure timely, quality delivery.

This role requires 10+ years in KSA planning, expertise in Primavera P6 or MS Project, and strong Excel skills, with on-site responsibility in Riyadh.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of planning experience in KSA.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project and strong MS Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh.

Qualifications

• Candidates should hold +10 years in KSA and possess strong Planning and Production Planning skills to develop and manage detailed project schedules and resource plans.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present planning information clearly to stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Project Control skills to monitor progress, manage risks, and support cost and time control across project phases.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering discipline; a relevant postgraduate degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PSP) is an advantage.
• Proven experience in planning roles within engineering, construction, or urban development projects.
• Proficiency with project planning and scheduling software (such as Primavera P6 or MS Project) and strong MS Excel skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adhere to quality and safety standards.
