Job summary

ABIS is seeking a Senior Civil Planning Engineer to lead planning and scheduling for Aramco projects. You will develop, maintain, and monitor detailed schedules, ensuring alignment with Aramco standards and requirements.

The role requires coordinating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to track progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on schedule. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling for civil engineering projects, specifically with Aramco projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of Aramco project standards and specifications.
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor comprehensive project schedules in line with Aramco standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to track progress and identify delays.
• Implement corrective actions to keep the project on schedule.
• Prepare progress reports and risk assessments for leadership and clients.
• Support risk management, resource allocation, and milestone forecasting.
