Job summary

Parsons in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Planner to develop and maintain Level 3/4 project schedules, establish WBS and calendars, and ensure alignment with project scope and execution strategies.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Handover teams, develop recovery schedules, monitor progress, and provide weekly and monthly updates with dashboards.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain detailed Level 3 / Level 4 project schedules.
• Establish Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), activity coding structures, calendars, logic, and scheduling methodology.
• Develop baseline schedules aligned with approved project scope and execution strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain schedules for airport terminals, airfield infrastructure, runways, taxiways and related works.
• Review contractor schedules and ensure alignment with the master schedule.
• Analyze schedule logic, constraints, and critical path activities; develop recovery plans.
