Job summary

AlixPartners seeks a Senior People Business Partner to shape and deliver a commercially focused people strategy across the Middle East, working within a global matrix to balance regional and global priorities.

This hybrid role requires 8+ years of HR experience, strong stakeholder management, and deep knowledge of UAE/KSA employment practices. Travel across EMEA is expected, and residency permits are supported by AlixPartners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years HR experience in a strategic People/HR business partner role.
• Experience in a multinational, matrixed organisation; consulting or professional services background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and KSA employment law; DIFC knowledge is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with credibility to coach senior leaders.
• Proven track record handling complex employee relations with discretion and risk awareness.
• Strong analytical capability using people data to inform decisions.
• High cultural awareness and ability to build trusted relationships across international stakeholders.
• Must hold UAE or KSA residency or be able to obtain it; travel/permits supported by the firm.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary advisor for client services leaders on people, talent and organisational topics.
• Partner with Country Leader and PMDs to shape and execute the local people agenda.
• Provide data-driven insight to strengthen engagement, retention and performance.
• Lead organisation design, change management and effective people practices regionally.
• Drive D&I initiatives with local action and governance.
• Coach leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness across the employee lifecycle.
• Advise on reward decisions, aligning with performance and firm frameworks.
• Contribute to EMEA-wide PBP initiatives and share best practices.
