OSUS in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to administer payroll, compensation, and benefits with high confidentiality. You will ensure timely payroll cycles, handle statutory payments, and coordinate with Finance on reconciliations and period-end closing.
The role supports cost control and continuous improvement in payroll processes. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of payroll experience, strong knowledge of statutory platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad), and fluent Arabic/English

The Senior Payroll Specialist is responsible for administering payroll, compensation, benefits, and employee-related financial transactions accurately and confidentially. The role ensures timely payroll cycle execution, proper handling of statutory and government-related payments, alignment with approved policies, and effective coordination with Finance on reconciliations, reporting, and period-end closing activities. The role holder supports cost control, maintains accurate employee compensation records, and contributes to continuous improvement in payroll and rewards processes.
