Job summary

SRACO COMPANY is seeking an experienced Payroll Accountant/Payroll Manager in Dammam to drive accurate payroll processing and supervise a payroll team. You will coordinate with HR and finance to ensure timely settlements, reconciliations, and compliance with Saudi payroll standards, including GOSI and end-of-service benefits.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, a valid SOCPA registration, and at least 5 years of relevant experience with payroll accounting and supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Valid SOCPA professional registration.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience including at least 2 years supervising payroll accounting activities.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi payroll requirements, GOSI, employee settlements and employee benefit accounting.
• Experience handling high-volume payroll, project cost allocations and payroll-to-GL reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; Oracle Fusion Payroll, HCM and General Ledger experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review payroll inputs, salary changes, allowances, deductions, overtime and settlements for accuracy and approval.
• Coordinate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Reconcile payroll records, payment schedules and employee-related accounts with the General Ledger.
• Review payroll cost allocations by project, department and company.
• Supervise reconciliations of employee benefit provisions, including end-of-service benefits, leave and tickets.
• Review GOSI reconciliations, investigate payroll variances and support month-end closing and audit requirements.
• Supervise team activities and maintain payroll confidentiality and documented controls.
