Job summary

Tas'Helat Marketing Co. (Fuel Stations Chain) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks an Operations Director to lead strategic and daily operations for our fuel retail network. You will drive efficiency, uphold safety and regulatory standards, and guide multi-site performance across COCO, DODO and CODO formats.

The role requires senior managerial experience, budgeting expertise, and proven leadership to advance network development, customer experience, and digital transformation across stations.

Qualifications

• Bechalor’s Degree in Business Administration, engineering, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• MBA or master’s degree in management business Analytics or Operations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overall operations strategy aligned with company goals and market dynamics.
• Retail Network Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of all fuel retail network across COCO, DODO and CODO.
• HSSEQ and Compliance: Ensure full compliance with HSSEQ standards and regulatory requirements; lead emergency response readiness.
• Financial & Commercial Performance: Achieve retail revenue, margin and cost efficiency targets; manage budgets and OPEX.
• Network Development & Expansion Support: Plan new builds, renovation and expansion; assess ROI.
• People Leadership & Capability Development: Lead Regional Managers and operational teams; build competency frameworks.
• Customer Experience & Service Excellence: Own customer service across stations; drive service excellence programs.
• Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with Supply and Distribution for fuel availability and inventory accuracy.
• Digital Transformation & System Improvements: Lead digital tools implementation (POS, SAP, fleet cards) and data integrity for reporting.
• Governance, Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Present performance reports; govern policies, audits and contracts.
