• Support planning, execution and innovation within the restaurant.
• Own key KPIs: revenue, customer satisfaction, team development.
• Proven GM experience in premium dining and leading high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of operational standards and attention to detail.
• Commercially savvy with ability to drive top-line performance.
• Understanding of seasonal and campaign-based cycles; international exposure preferred.
