Job summary

ABB Motion is seeking a Service Sales professional in Saudi Arabia to lead penetration into installed bases and sell ABB’s service portfolio for Cement, Mining, Minerals and Utilities segments. You will collaborate with Service Sales Manager and broader teams to develop opportunities, manage CRM, and maintain strong customer relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in ABB Motion Services or similar, fluent English and Arabic, and proficiency with Salesforce to drive a healthy pipeline and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years experience in ABB Motion Services portfolio, preferably in Saudi Arabia in Motor + VFD services.
• Proven ability in project and solution-based sales; strong cross-country collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Penetrate Installed Base, promote upgrades and value-add solutions.
• Prepare and review sales plans and recovery strategies.
• Develop sales opportunities and expand ABB service portfolio.
• Manage CRM pipeline and provide regular reports on leads and opportunities.
• Translate customer needs into ABB Service offerings and solutions.
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the process.
