Job summary

Confidentiel seeks an MEP Manager to lead and coordinate all electrical, mechanical, and plumbing activities across the project lifecycle in Riyadh. You will drive integration of engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.

The role requires proactive management of resources, subcontractors, and interfaces with civil, structural, and architectural teams, while ensuring adherence to SEC, SBC, NFPA, IEC, and NEC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering from a recognized university.
• Experience in coordinating MEP engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and handover on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of all MEP works.
• Establish execution priorities, deliverables, and performance targets for all MEP disciplines.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Monitor MEP performance against milestones; implement corrective measures.
• Ensure availability of manpower, equipment, materials, and resources for project needs.
• Lead MEP pre-commissioning, testing, commissioning, and integrated system testing.
• Prepare and submit ITPs, shop drawings, material submittals, and QA/QC documentation.
• Coordinate RFIs, technical queries, design discrepancies, and site issues.
• Resolve technical, interface, and coordination issues across disciplines.
• Report progress, manage variations, and support commercial and contractual requirements.
