HanmiGlobal Co. is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead all mechanical, electrical and plumbing activities for a high-rise project in Saudi Arabia.

You will oversee design reviews, construction, testing and commissioning while coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors and authorities to ensure compliant, safe and timely delivery. The role requires leadership, strong technical expertise and excellent communication to manage stakeholders and drive project success in line with

Qualifications

• 15+ years of MEP experience in high-rise tower projects.
• Experience with Saudi codes and local regulations.
• PMC (Project Management Consultancy) experience is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead MEP design review, construction, testing, and commissioning activities for the project.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities for seamless MEP integration.
• Review and approve MEP drawings, submittals, method statements and technical proposals.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks related to MEP works.
• Identify risks and design conflicts; implement mitigation strategies.
• Supervise site teams to ensure safe, high-quality execution.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and handover of MEP systems.
• Prepare progress reports and provide technical input to management and clients.
