Job summary

El Seif Group in Riyadh is seeking a seasoned MEP Project Manager to lead national staff development and ensure excellence in project delivery. You will drive safety, governance, and cost control while coordinating with owners, consultants, and regulators to meet project milestones.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in MEP construction and at least 5 years in management, with strong English skills and NEBOSH/OSHA certification.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in MEP construction and project management.
• At least 5 years in a managerial position.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (Arabic is a plus).
• Well versed in construction project safety; NEBOSH or OSHA certification is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Well-versed in identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Capable of predicting project cost to complete and adhering to budgeted project plan.
• Experienced in P&L accountability with business acumen.
• Good knowledge in Construction Management, QA/QC Management, and Contractual Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development of KSA national employees across the function to support corporate objectives and Saudization targets.
• Provide inputs to HR on succession planning, career growth, and organizational structure.
• Lead the team with high standards of ethics, safety, and governance; reinforce a strong people culture.
• Oversee adoption and utilization of ERP systems within the function and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Represent the organization in meetings with clients, consultants, and regulators to ensure contract compliance.
• Direct field supervision, subcontractors, and vendors to align with project schedule and MEP requirements.
• Administer owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders; ensure budget alignment.
