Job summary

Client of Tawzef is looking for a Mechanical Manager to oversee all mechanical MEP aspects of projects in Riyadh. The role demands strong technical leadership, ensuring the efficient design, installation, and operation of systems while coordinating with various project teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, 13-15 years of relevant experience, and extensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

Qualifications

• 13-15 years of experience in MEP within construction or real estate projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems.
• Proven experience managing teams and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical design and execution across projects.
• Review and approve MEP designs and shop drawings.
• Ensure compliance with international and local standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and internal teams.
• Monitor installation, testing and commissioning activities.
