Job summary

Jones Engineering in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead delivery of complex projects, from handover through planning, execution, and close-out, while managing risk, schedule, cost and resources.

The role requires a time-served apprenticeship, 10+ years in construction with at least 3 years as PM, and data centre project experience; proficiency in MS Office and relevant qualifications; relocation to Dammam on a full-time basis.

Qualifications

• Time-served apprenticeship is advantageous.
• At least 10 years in construction projects with minimum 3 years as PM.
• Degree or NVQ/trade qualifications relevant to the role.
• Experience in Data Centre Projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Direct line of report to Regional Projects Director.
• Critique tender docs and identify risks and opportunities with Project Leads.
• Manage expectations of project leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure SOP compliance across all departments.
• Oversee milestones, deliverables and KPI-based controls.
• Act as primary liaison to client project leadership and partners.
• Identify and resolve disputes with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan.
• Lead project team resources and address deficiencies.
• Coordinate health, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Audit QA/QC and ensure remedial actions are implemented.
• Oversee subcontractor award and change management.
• Sign-off payments with QS/Commercial Director.
• Organize meetings and workshops to align deliverables.
• Maintain risk registers and escalation processes.
