The MEP Lead role at Mace Dubai is a senior position within the project management consultancy team, responsible for leading the delivery of mechanical and electrical systems on a major commercial development with infrastructure and landscape packages. The role represents the client during construction and ensures MEP works are delivered in line with project objectives, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the client and safeguard project objectives throughout the construction phase
• Oversee contractor delivery of all MEP installation works in accordance with IFC drawings and specifications
• Review and manage shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and inspection and test plans
• Resolve RFIs and manage interdisciplinary coordination issues on site
• Enforce MEP quality, health and safety, and sustainability requirements
• Monitor installation progress, risks, and mitigation measures
• Lead testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing, and facilities management handover activities
• Support contract administration, variations, and technical extension of time assessmentsli>
• Coordinate authority inspections, approvals, and certification processes
