Job summary

Mace is seeking an Associate Director – Electrical Engineering to lead delivery of major infrastructure and MEP systems on a high‑profile project in Riyadh. You will oversee design, commissioning and handover, manage cross‑functional teams, and guide procurement and contract delivery for complex environments.

You will bring 15+ years of experience in large-scale projects, deep electrical and building services expertise, and a proven ability to influence clients and senior leaders while driving

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years delivering large-scale MEP/infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical knowledge across electrical, mechanical, public health and integrated systems.
• Proven design management, commissioning and lifecycle delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major MEP systems from design to handover.
• Oversee programme planning, sequencing and critical path management.
• Lead stakeholder engagement up to C-suite and drive commercial leadership.
