Job summary

Rawaj HCM Jobs in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to lead HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and utility systems across large-scale residential projects.

You will coordinate with engineering, civil, electrical, procurement, and site teams to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and compliance with local regulations and health and safety standards. 10–15 years of site management experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience in mechanical construction and site management on large-scale projects.
• Experience in residential, hospitality, and/or mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and utility systems.
• Experience with main contractors or leading construction companies in Saudi Arabia.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all mechanical construction activities across multiple projects and sites.
• Oversee installation and execution of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, architectural, procurement, planning, and QA/QC teams.
• Monitor progress, manpower productivity, subcontractor performance, and material availability.
• Ensure compliance with standards, specifications, local regulations, and safety requirements.
• Review and resolve technical site issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
• Manage mechanical subcontractors, site engineers, and construction teams.
• Participate in planning, sequencing, resource allocation, and meetings.
• Monitor costs, productivity, material consumption, and construction risks.
• Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and reports; support testing and handover.
