Job summary

The role requires coordinating with consultants, contractors and internal teams, with a minimum 15 years' experience in residential development in Saudi Arabia; proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project, AutoCAD, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in PM and civil construction for large residential developments.
• Mandatory experience managing residential projects in Saudi Arabia.
• PM software and tools proficiency (Primavera P6 / MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office).
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage execution of residential construction from mobilization to handover.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee civil activities ensuring compliance with drawings and quality.
• Coordinate with architect, structural, MEP, procurement, planning, and commercial teams.
• Manage contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and material availability; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, municipality requirements, and HSE.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and reviews.
• Review reports, change orders, and payment certifications.
• Monitor costs, variations, and budget performance.
• Ensure documentation and record management.
• Lead close-out activities including snagging, testing, and handover.
• Maintain communication with clients, authorities, and management.
