Rawaj HCM Jobs in Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly experienced Civil Project Director to provide executive leadership for large-scale residential projects. You will oversee projects from planning through delivery, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget alignment.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage key stakeholders, and drive value engineering, governance, and risk management across multiple sites, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of civil construction and project delivery experience.
• 7+ years in senior leadership roles (Project Director / Senior PM / Construction Director).
• Experience delivering residential projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong background with real estate developers / main contractors / PMCs in Saudi Arabia.
• PMP certification preferred; PMI-RMP/CCM/MRICS advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of large-scale residential projects across multiple sites.
• Develop governance frameworks and delivery plans aligned with objectives.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, resources, quality and risk management.
• Direct project managers, construction managers, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with designs, contractual requirements, Saudi regulations, quality standards, and HSE policies.
• Oversee project reporting, dashboards, and portfolio status for senior management.
• Mentor and develop project leadership teams.
