Job summary

Qiddiya| القدية seeks a Senior Manager - Project Management to lead planning, governance, and delivery of strategic marketing initiatives. You will drive interdependent projects across Marketing, Finance, Procurement and Technology, ensuring on-time delivery within scope while reporting performance to senior leadership.

The role emphasizes governance frameworks, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on large transformation programs and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
• Additional certifications such as PRINCE2, PgMP, PMI-ACP, PMO-CP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of strategic marketing projects from initiation through execution and closure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, governance structures, and success criteria.
• Ensure effective coordination and execution of projects across multiple Marketing functions.
• Monitor project progress and drive corrective actions to maintain delivery commitments.
