Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Specialist - Organization Planning to shape the marketing department's structure and resources to align with overall business objectives and enable efficient operations.

You will lead workforce planning, capacity analysis, and talent management support, partnering with HR and marketing leaders to forecast staffing needs and drive recruitment and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in organizational planning, preferably in marketing/communications.
• Strong analytical skills with workforce planning and talent management exposure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of marketing functions and organizational dynamics is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the marketing organization structure with aligned roles and responsibilities.
• Conduct workforce analysis, capacity planning, and talent management support.
• Collaborate with HR and marketing leadership to forecast staffing needs and support recruitment.
• Monitor organizational effectiveness and propose improvements for productivity and collaboration.
• Manage and update marketing job descriptions, career paths, and competency frameworks.
• Support change management initiatives within the marketing organization.
• Prepare reports and insights on marketing planning for senior leadership.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in marketing design and planning.
