Job summary

Qiddiya, in Saudi Arabia, seeks a Senior Manager to lead Strategy & Business Planning for Marketing. You will own portfolio governance, strategic planning, and performance management across marketing initiatives and transformation programs.

Responsibilities include developing annual and long-term plans, translating priorities into roadmaps, providing executive analysis, and ensuring delivery efficiency and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• MBA or equivalent and other certifications such as PgMP, PfMP, PMI-PBA, PRINCE2 are preferred.
• 8-10 years of professional experience in PMO, strategy, business planning, portfolio management, project controls, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio governance frameworks, methodologies, standards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Monitor project performance, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks across the portfolio.
• Ensure alignment of project priorities with strategic objectives and approved budgets.
• Develop executive dashboards and portfolio performance reports.
• Partner with Marketing leadership, Finance, Procurement, PMO, HR, and other corporate functions.
