Job summary

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Specialist – Business Planning to support the Marketing function's strategic objectives, annual business plans, and key initiatives. You will align department priorities with organizational goals and enable effective governance and performance tracking across Marketing.

You will work with Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to drive planning cycles, monitor performance, and provide insights for informed decision-making and successful delivery of business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Strategy, Finance, Economics, Project Management, or a related field.
• Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Planning or Strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and coordination of the Marketing annual business plan and operational plans.
• Monitor progress against strategic objectives and KPIs.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for Marketing leadership.
• Develop dashboards and performance tracking tools to monitor progress.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between workforce planning and business priorities.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Strategy, Finance, Economics, Project Management, or a related field

Master's degree or MBA is considered an advantage
