Job summary

Client of Rawaj Company for Recruitment is a leading Saudi FMCG food manufacturer in Riyadh seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead preventive maintenance and drive reliability across production plants.

You will manage maintenance teams, coordinate with production, optimize equipment uptime, and ensure compliance with HSE, GMP, HACCP and ISO standards while delivering cost-effective improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
• 10+ years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing environments.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong professional communication and reporting skills.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans
• Lead and manage maintenance teams, ensuring performance and accountability
• Oversee maintenance of production equipment, utilities, and facilities
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with Production and other departments
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components
• Monitor maintenance KPIs, breakdown trends, and maintenance costs
• Drive reliability improvement and cost reduction initiatives
• Ensure compliance with HSE, GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards
• Prepare and present maintenance performance reports to management

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering

PMP certification preferred
