Job summary

NADEC Foods seeks an experienced Team Leader – Maintenance to lead dairy processing equipment maintenance and ensure reliability and efficiency across facilities. Location is Haradh, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia; on-site role with emphasis on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience leading maintenance teams in dairy, FMCG, or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability.
Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning.
Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the maintenance team to ensure safe and reliable plant operations.
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Drive equipment reliability and root cause analysis initiatives to minimize downtime.
Identify and implement maintenance improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food safety standards.
Monitor maintenance performance and contribute to continuous improvement programs.
