Job summary

Team Saudi is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Change Management to lead and embed change practices across our digital transformation programs. You will drive adoption, readiness, and stakeholder engagement to maximize value from SAP and enterprise platforms.

You will partner with Strategy, Delivery, IT, and business leaders to ensure change activities align with delivery plans, measure outcomes, and continuously improve approaches across SOPC entities.

Job Purpose

The Senior Manager, Digital Change Management is responsible for leading and embedding effective change management practices across SOPC+ digital transformation initiatives. The role ensures successful adoption, utilization, and sustainability of digital solutions by driving structured organizational change, stakeholder engagement, communication, and readiness across SOPC entities. The position plays a critical role in bridging strategy, delivery, and people impact to maximize the value of digital programs.

Job Specific Accountabilities

Digital Change & Adoption Leadership

• Lead the design and execution of digital change management strategies aligned with SOPC's digital transformation roadmap.
• Ensure consistent application of change management methodologies across strategic digital programs and initiatives.
• Drive adoption and behavioral change to support successful implementation of digital solutions, including SAP and enterprise platforms.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Identify key stakeholders and develop targeted engagement plans to address change impacts across SOPC entities.
• Develop and oversee integrated communication plans that clearly articulate the vision, benefits, and progress of digital initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on change readiness, resistance management, and adoption risks.

Organizational Readiness & Impact Management

• Assess organizational readiness and conduct impact assessments for digital initiatives and transformation programs.
• Define mitigation actions to address people, process, and capability gaps resulting from digital change.
• Coordinate training enablement and knowledge transfer activities in collaboration with relevant teams.

Program & Delivery Alignment

• Work closely with Strategic Programs Delivery, Enterprise Architecture, IT, and Data teams to ensure change activities are fully embedded within program delivery plans.
• Support demand intake and prioritization by assessing change complexity and adoption risks of proposed initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between change activities, solution design, and delivery timelines.

Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement

• Define and track change management KPIs to measure adoption, engagement, and effectiveness of digital initiatives.
• Provide insights and reporting on change outcomes to senior leadership.
• Continuously refine change management approaches based on lessons learned and evolving organizational needs.
