Job summary

Team Saudi is seeking a Senior Manager, Technology Architect to define and govern SOPC's core technology architecture domains with an emphasis on Zero Trust security, resilience, and cloud platform enablement. You will establish standards for infrastructure, identity, and platform services across cloud and hybrid environments.

The role involves leading security architecture, disaster recovery design, and governance, coordinating with cybersecurity teams, and guiding vendors and implementation

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and governance of SOPC's core technology architecture domains, with a focus on Zero Trust security, infrastructure resilience, and cloud platform enablement.
• Define and maintain technology architecture standards covering infrastructure, networks, identity, access management, and platform services.
• Design and govern cloud landing zone architectures for secure, scalable deployment across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Establish infrastructure patterns for compute, storage, networking, and platform services to enable consistent solution design and delivery.
• Lead the definition and implementation of Zero Trust security architecture aligned with international standards and organizational risk posture.
• Design identity-centric security models, network segmentation strategies, and security control frameworks.
• Define security tool assessment criteria and coordinate vendor evaluation and selection with cybersecurity teams.
• Design and maintain disaster recovery and resilience architectures leveraging cloud-native and hybrid capabilities.
• Ensure recovery strategies align with business continuity and are validated through design reviews and readiness assessments.
• Review and assess technical designs from implementation partners and vendors for compliance with architecture standards and policies.
• Enforce architecture governance through reviews and deviation management processes.
• Support risk acceptance and exception handling by documenting architectural impacts and mitigation options.
• Monitor emerging infrastructure, security, and platform technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Provide architectural input into proofs-of-concept and pilots to enhance digital maturity and resilience.

The Senior Manager, Technology Architect is responsible for defining and governing SOPC's core technology architecture domains, with a strong focus on Zero Trust security principles, infrastructure resilience, and cloud platform enablement. The role ensures that technology foundations are secure, scalable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise standards and transformation objectives

Technology Architecture & Infrastructure Design

• Define and maintain technology architecture standards covering infrastructure, networks, identity, access management, and platform services.
• Design and govern cloud landing zone architectures, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant deployment across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Establish infrastructure patterns for compute, storage, networking, and platform services to enable consistent solution design and delivery.

Zero Trust & Security Architecture

• Lead the definition and implementation of Zero Trust security architecture aligned with international standards and organizational risk posture.
