Job summary

Four Principles invites an experienced Manager to lead our Digital Transformation Team in delivering digital projects and products for client engagements in Saudi Arabia. You will guide cross-functional teams, define roadmaps, and translate complex insights into actionable strategies.

You will mentor consultants, manage client relationships, and ensure outcomes align with business objectives while driving high-quality deliverables and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in consultancy or related field with a focus on digital transformation.
• Strong leadership and client management skills, with the ability to drive engagements independently.
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in IT architectures, emerging technologies, and digital transformation methodologies.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data-driven storytelling.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus.
